Residential

H.H. Housing Complex
Amman - Jordan
2013

The idea was to create multi-residence complex to house different family members, all of which share a common floor. The design by Arch. Thaer Quba’ was distinct in finding a way to transform a standard residential building concept, into a dynamic space where inhabitants can make use of the various facilities throughout, while maintaining their privacy when needed.

ICC employed various design approaches to meet both architectural requirements as well as client needs, whilst maintaining budget constraints to make sure that eventually both indoor and outdoor spaces were addressed thoroughly.
