ICC was delighted to welcome a group of 5th year students from the German Jordanian University studying architecture to their offices and ICC Lighting Studio. The visit was arranged by Arch. Thaer Quba'a who wanted to show his students the impact lighting has on changing spaces and the latest in lighting technology.
The visit included a theoretical explanation of lighting design as well as a logical approach to support students in applying concepts to their own designs.
During the visit to the ICC Lighting Studio, a practical presentation onto the difference of different lighting effects and how light can be manipulated to achieve various moods and ambiances was discussed.
The soon to be graduates showed great interest in lighting and acknowledged the value of what a good lighting design has on both interior and exterior spaces.
